Though I’m more of a warm weather girl, there’s so much to love about fall in New York City. Personally, I’m a big fan of the changing leaves and, of course, knowing that the holidays are right around the corner. But, when it comes to embracing the changing weather, it can be tough. Especially when Mother Nature can’t seem to make up her mind. As someone whose wardrobe mainly consists of bright colors and eye-catching prints, you’re more likely to think I’d be better equipped for the spring and summer months. And though that may be somewhat true, I mean I am a Leo after all- I’m here to show you that you CAN wear color into fall with the proper styling, and what better way to start than with the Laudi Vidni deep fuchsia Opera backpack. Ahead my three no-fail tricks to embracing color into your fall wardrobe.

And something to note, if you're not a fan of the fuchsia, you can totally customize your backpack any way you want here

How to Wear Color

Start With The Accessories

If you’re not a huge color person, that’s totally okay! The best place to start is with accessories-it makes the commitment to color less daunting. When opting for a colorful bag or shoe, the key is to keep the rest of your outfit neutral. I’m such a huge fan of the purple and red combination this fall, so I paired my Laudi Vidni with a strong red bootie. The key is to look for two strong colors than compliment one another.

Branch Out With Warm Hues

To take more of a risk, but without fully committing, start with warm rich colors. The deep purple of the backpack is great for opening yourself up to color, but can still easily work as a neutral. I paired it with a flared denim skirt and deep burgundy lace-up shoes. For the finishing touch, I layered a vintage jacket over my shoulders for a look that could work from the office to after work drinks.

Shine Like the Rainbow

Now, if you’re like me, then you live by the motto “the more color the better.” But, with colder fall weather means you need to pack away your bright yellows and electric pinks for a more subdued shade. Deep greens and warm pinks are a fall must, but when done in cool textures like suede or metallic brocade, you have a look that is sure to turn heads.
